OTHER BUSINESS - To amend something previously adopted relative to the minutes of the March 11, 2009 variance hearing specifically pertaining to application V-12 (Richard A. Denny, III), and authorization to correct the minutes of same to now read: V-12 RICHARD A. DENNY, III (owner) requesting a variance to waive the setback for an accessory structure over 800 square feet (existing 1,600 square foot garage) from the required 100 feet to 14 feet adjacent to the eastern property line and 13 feet adjacent to the western property line on lot 5 in Land Lot 889 of the 17th District. Located on the south side of Orchard Knob Road, west of Valley Creek Drive (2792 Orchard Knob Road). The public hearing was opened and Mr. Richard Denney addressed the Board. Following presentation and discussion, the following motion was made: MOTION: Motion by Swanson, second by Hovey, to approve variance request subject to: landscape screening plan dated February 24, 2009 (attached and made a part of these minutes), removal of debris and trash located behind accessory structure, no outside storage, no additional windows to be installed in the sides or rear of the accessory structure, no additional window air conditioning system to be installed in the sides or rear of the accessory structure.
