Make A Wish 5k The 9th Annual Make-A-Wish 5K will be Saturday, Oct. 17, with the race beginning and ending at the Marietta Square. Registration begins at 7 am, with the race starting at 8. Pre-registration is available until Oct. 12th.    00:03:07

SPSU State of the University  The University System of Georgia’s Board of Regents has approved three new evening engineering degrees at Southern Polytechnic State University beginning this fall. The degrees are Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Civil Engineering. President Lisa Rossbaucher recently spoke about the new degrees in her state the university address.    00:01:00
Life Shining Star  Life University’s students demonstrated their many talents in this year’s Life’s Shining Star competition.     00:04:04
Marietta Museum of History  We recently took our cameras to the Kennesaw House, home of the Marietta Museum of History, where there was an investigation to see if the building is home to something other than historical artifacts. The investigative team had members of SPARS, the Southern Paranormal and Anomaly Research Society. The results are now in and, as Tom Estrada reports, the findings are unusual to say the least.    00:02:37
